This might be my favorite so far. It’s kind of funny that Luminello went down. They spent more on advertising than any other platform I’ve seen. It doesn’t seem to have paid off.

They sold to simple practice, which was rolled up by private equity. Only to have the entire product shut down with the assumption that users would just walk over to their new but very under prepared product. We are not safe with private equity about. We need some products that are durable in our world. Some companies not built to exit, but to sustain. It's been a real train wreck. I'm about to download all of my old records from Luminello, and I'm terrified about what I'm gonna find.
