In fairness, I would be shocked if they had any idea what their policies were. The policy I was asking about is of course their legal mandate to inform all patients about the options for free or reduced price care, so the thing he didn't tell me what is the thing he was required to tell me which was that they have a patient assistance program. Which I suspect he doesn't know.

It's also worth mentioning that their website is not compliant with the Americans with disabilities act either, which is also something you can take them to small claims court for...the funny thing is I called to let them get out of it. I promised a friend I would at least try.
