Hey, the audience of people who read my things. I will share a little bit about my process.

Writing is hard. It's really easy to write something, anything. In that, you can plug whatever you want to be written into ChatGPT, it will be. And it will suck.

But writing something novel, compelling, interesting, concise, funny, or all of those things is not automatic. Not yet. Maybe someday. But it's not revelatory writing that I am able to get done for you today.

Some of the things I want to say are more simple than others. Some of the things I want to write about are complicated and require references.

It requires editing. It requires thought. And some days, I just spent a lot of time on the things that are not going to get there.

Today is one of those days. So I'm writing this throwaway piece to disclose that it took too long to edit other things to make them better.
