Scenes from an Imagined TV Pilot

Yes, I usually write articles about health. Sometimes I write silly articles. Sometimes I write poetry! But other times, like today, I write silly scenes from TV pilots that I’m never going to do anything with. Given I generally reserve weekends for absurd material in the newsletter, today I welcome you to the first few scenes of my completely fictional TV pilot. None of what you will read is inspired by real life. None of it totally happened in the way you will read. It is a work of fiction, and fancy, and I am very creative, thank you in advance. Some stories are inspired by real events—this is not one of them.

 “Reality Testing” is set at the beginning of the pandemic, in an ambitious medical start-up that’s trying to change the world of healthcare.   It’s a clinic, called Brooklyn Brains. It thinks it will be a start-up. There are a few things they don’t know yet, and those issues might doom them.
