It has become how those stricken by discontent at Optum/UHC find a journalist who will tell their story. Much to my surprise, that person is me.
Today, there is more breaking news. There are rumors within Optum that a pivot is needed. They call this program, with all the creativity of a corporate leviathan, “project pivot.” They need to keep up with the changing Medicare Advantage landscape.
