Monarch eTNS update...

Autoimmune flare, but the brief break proves the point to Carlene

The frontier psychiatrists might as well be gonzo self care journalism for the 40 over 40 set. The story thus far:

Your author, Owen Muir, M.D. started using the Monarch eTNS device for his ADHD. He also has and awful autoimmune flare, and developed Hemicrania continua (half my face is Burning!) and developed ptosis—a slight droop or my right eyelid from super slight bells’ palsy.

My face looks like this. So I stopped the monarch device for two nights just in case.
