My readers will remember this morning’s three act play, in which I got annoyed at nonsense billing from Mount Sinai Medical Center, used GPT 4 for to generate a complaint, and then turned around and filed An ADA complaint about their website. Then I asked their own hospital legal help service to file the lawsuit against them.
This is all very amusing. Mostly because hospitals have been ripping us off forever. But you who really rips us all off even more?

And they also aren’t compliant with the ADA. So in one day, I managed to learn of a compliance issue, pilot the enforcement action, and re-create that enforcement action against another Healthcare bad actor.
