Dear Readers, My Screen Cracked!
It won't be strictly speaking daily for a bit
The Frontier Psychiatrists newsletter is…or was…a daily health related Newsletter. That daily nature was something that I started doing on a lark, really. It is written by just me—Owen—and it seemed like a good way to build habits to have to write every day. I have a few real themes here. One is the value of relentlessness, and the counterpoint to that is an acceptance of what is, even if it is imperfect.
“Getting ok” with imperfect writing seemed like a good enough thing to write about. Well, this, too, was something the fates decided to call me out for. Hubris!
