Breaking News: Optum at Home May Be Shutting Down

Sources report UnitedHealth Group's reorganization continues...

The Frontier Psychiatrists didn’t intend to be a real, primary news source. But thanks to TikTok, I have. My accidental beat has become UnitedHealth Group and its relentless— and somewhat clandestine —employment and corporate restructuring practices.

This video on TikTok promoted taking a job with Optum from what I presume to be outside the US—or “USRN” wouldn’t make much sense as a hashtag, with the promise of, and this is true, a “free tumbler.” That video has more likes than most things I do.

I first broke the story last year about Optum shutting down Optum Virtual Care, which the company denied…and then confirmed. This involved a fist bump with Endpoints News.

Well, I have another story for you, not because I want it but because—apparently—once you make one TikTok video, people approach you with information from inside the company ever onward.
