After Action Report: Fall of Gandalf and Conflict with Durin's Bane

We have recently received an incident report detailing the events surrounding the fall of Gandalf, one of the Maia, during his confrontation with Durin's Bane. The purpose of this After Action Report is to outline the severe concerns raised by Humanoid Resources regarding potential OSHA violations during this incident.
Summary of the Incident:
Gandalf and his companions were navigating the mines of Moria when they encountered Durin's Bane, a Balrog, on the Bridge of Khazad-dûm.
Gandalf engaged in a what even casual observers would note was a fierce battle with Durin's Bane, which culminated in both of them falling into a deep chasm.
Gandalf eventually defeated Mr. Durin's Bane. In doing so, he suffered significant injuries and exhaustion in the process, resulting in a status change, leading to his new “Gandalf the White” status.

Concerns and Potential OSHA Violations:
Lack of Safety Equipment and Precautions: It has been reported that neither Gandalf nor Durin's Bane was provided with or utilized any safety equipment during their confrontation, such as harnesses or fall protection systems. This apparent disregard for safety protocols raises serious concerns about the working conditions for the Maia involved.
Unsafe Work Environment: The location of the confrontation, the Bridge of Khazad-dûm, lacked appropriate safety measures such as guardrails, proper lighting, and clear markings. This hazardous environment contributed to the likelihood of falls and injuries during the battle.
